Our studio is designed to be welcoming, down-to-earth, and supportive, so you can show up exactly as you are. Whether you're brand new to Pilates or have years of experience, our knowledgeable instructors are here to guide you every step of the way.

We offer a variety of classes to suit different needs, energy levels, and goals. From strength-building Reformer sessions to gentle restorative classes, every session is designed to help you feel stronger, more balanced, and more connected to your body.

Reformer – Strength (45 mins)

A strong, athletic Reformer workout using heavier resistance and controlled movement. Designed to build strength, endurance, and full-body definition while still being accessible for all levels. Expect to sweat, feel powerful, and leave energised.

Reformer Pilates at Move Pilates Studio
Reformer – Stretch (45 mins)

A calming Stretch & Flow Reformer class to help you unwind and move more freely. Combining Pilates, yoga-inspired movement, and varied stretching, this class supports recovery, mobility, and relaxation. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates (45 mins)

A gentle, all-levels Mat Pilates class focused on strength, flexibility, and mindful movement. Using controlled exercises and optional props, you’ll build core stability and move with ease. Expect a calm flow that leaves you feeling balanced and refreshed.

Reformer Pilates Intro Class
Reformer – Intro (15 mins)

A short, welcoming introduction to help you feel confident on the Reformer. Learn how to set up the machine for your body, understand the springs, and master key fundamentals. Leave feeling comfortable, capable, and ready for your first full class.

Reformer Pilates Machine Springs
Reformer – Level 1 (45 mins)

A slow-flow, beginner-friendly Reformer class focused on Pilates basics. Perfect if you’re new or getting back into it, this class builds strong foundations, body awareness, and confidence at an easy, supportive pace.

Reformer – Level 2 (45 mins)

Our signature Reformer class for those ready to progress. Enjoy a balanced, full-body workout combining core Pilates exercises with gentle progressions. Expect a steady flow, thoughtful challenges, and options to modify or advance.

Zumba & Lift
Zumba + Lift™ (45 mins)

Kangatraining at Move Pilates
Kangatraining (60 mins)

Kangatraining is a babywearing, dance-based postnatal workout where bub stays close and mum gets moving. Gentle, feel-good movement, pelvic floor-friendly strength, and lots of laughs with other local mums. No creche, no pressure—just you, your baby, and good vibes.

Hit Pilates
HIIT Pilates (60 mins) – group bookings only

An energising fusion of Pilates and HIIT that delivers a powerful, full-body workout. Build core strength, improve flexibility, and boost cardiovascular fitness using low-impact movements and short bursts of intensity. Expect a challenging, efficient, and seriously fun class.

Private Pilates Classes
Private Classes – Single & Duo (30 mins & 45 mins)

Our Private Reformer Classes offer a personalised one-on-one Pilates experience tailored to your body and goals. Sessions may include a mix of reformer, mat, arc, and barre work. With a focus on strength, flexibility, and controlled movement, you’ll receive expert guidance in a calm, boutique environment.

With more than 30 years in the fitness industry, Penny brings both expertise and enthusiasm to the studio. Her classes combine challenge, encouragement, and plenty of fun.

Originally trained in dance, Penny discovered Pilates in the early 2000s and has since trained across Mat, Barre, Reformer, and Pilates apparatus. She loves creating sessions that are engaging, supportive, and accessible for everyone.

You’ll find MOVE Pilates at 3/49 Reid Street, Wangaratta, in a convenient, easy-to-access location just minutes from the town centre. We’re tucked within the Reid Street precinct, so keep an eye out for the signage as you arrive.

There’s plenty of free parking nearby, with both on-street options and surrounding car parks within a short walking distance.

We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to give yourself time to park, get settled, and start your class feeling relaxed.
